You need:
250g of Penne Pasta, (Cook and set aside)
Tomato-Chicken Sauce:
Tomato sauce (A mix of Italian and Filipino Style)
Chicken ( Boiled and shredded)
Chicken Hotdog
White Onions
Button Mushrooms
Basil (dried or fresh)
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Egg
Oil
Oil
Bechamel Sauce:
Butter
Flour
Milk or cream
Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Cook penne pasta separately, check package instructions for it. For the tomato sauce, you need to saute the white onions in a mixture of butter and oil. Add the chicken strips,chicken hotdog and mushrooms. Cook until they are ready. Add your tomato sauces and season with salt and pepper according to your taste.Add basil according to your taste.Mix in your cooked penne pasta
For the white sauce, melt butter in a warm pan, add flour, mix and cook well but do not burn. Add milk or cream and adjust to a semi thick consistency. Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Now you are ready to assemble. Add the penne pasta then top it with white sauce. You can add quickmelt cheese or a mixture of parmesan and mozzarella if you have more money to spend. You can either bake or serve it as it is.
