What's Cooking at Hongkong Kitchen?

Chinese restaurants are abundant in Iloilo City. They each have their own distinct tastes and unique mark in terms of their dishes and service. Hongkong Kitchen has been around for quite some time. Located at the ground floor of Robinson's Iloilo, you cannot miss out this restaurant because of its color theme of black and red. If you are game on some Chinese treat then Hongkong Kitchen is a good choice. Affordable, big servings and great tasting foods. Definitely a winner.

More than Coffee

Bluejay Coffee and Deli is proving to become one of the best places to hang out here in Iloilo. This is a place where good conversations, ambiance and superb food meets. I really wanted to try their Baked Penne but it was unavailable that time. So, i have to settle with what is there. But with or without the Baked Penne, Bluejay is a place I will keep on coming back. Again their desserts are truly the drawing factor for loyal customers. 

Molten Lava Cake - Sinful, chocolate cake that explodes in your mouth. Topped with vanilla ice cream and cherry.

Pasta Diavola - Creamy tomato pasta sauce with red bell peppers and sausages.

Tuna and Apple sandwich. Grilled to perfection, a healthy choice

Kiwi Lemonade and Raspberry Iced tea. The Kiwi Lemonade tastes and smells better

 A little pricey but you are getting much value for what you pay for.

October First, October Feast

Friday, October 1st. Got nothing to do but to eat and start October with a bang. Stopped at Yellow Cab and Figaro. Hmmmm, a fun experience overall

Ordered the New York's Finest but ended up with New York Classic

For that day, the red chili flakes and red chili oil were the winners. LOL hahaha The cake saved the day anyway. Moist chocolate cake base, sinful choco and caramel filling and just had the right sweetness to it. A must have indeed
